The Inspiration Behind Nana’s Navigator

Nana’s Navigator was founded by Ginger, a professional with over 25 years of experience in the care and service industry. Her personal journey as a working caregiver for her own Nana exposed the gaps in resources, communication, and support that many families face when trying to access senior care. Recognizing the need for a trusted partner to help navigate these challenges, she launched Nana’s Navigator to bridge the gaps and ensure seniors’ voices are heard throughout their care journey.

Partnering with the Alberta Continuing Care Association

“Partnering with ACCA and its members has been an incredibly rewarding experience for Nana’s Navigator,” says Ginger Bitzer, Founder of Nana’s Navigator, “Working with ACCA members allows us to contribute to a unified effort to ensure seniors are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
