New HQCA Report

The Health Quality Council of Alberta has recently released Meauring and Monitoring for Success, their first report that looks at quality measurement in Alberta's health care system.  The only specific measure for Long Term Care is the proportion of long term care facilities using the interRAI Long Term Care Facility Assessment Instrument for resident assessment and care planning.
